Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • The item is missing from the order.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened chemicals or resins
  • Pigments
  • Glitters
  • Wax
  • Fragrances
  • Liquid products
  • Customized products
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Reason for return

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer, additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may apply.

Order Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
