Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible return cases.
Customized Orders
Customized, made-to-order, or specially procured products cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
